The main causes of motor bearing failures include improper installation that does not follow the relevant regulations. If the lubricant is substandard and the temperature is abnormal, the performance of the grease will also change significantly. These phenomena can easily cause problems with the bearings, leading to motor failure. If the coil is not fixed firmly, it can cause the coil to vibrate against the core, and the locating bearing will bear excessive axial load, which can cause the bearing to burn out.
Repair method: Motor-specific bearings are available in open and closed types, and the specific choice should be based on the actual situation. For bearings, it is necessary to select special clearances and greases. When installing bearings, pay attention to the choice of lubrication. Sometimes, grease with EP additives should be used. Applying a thin layer of grease on the inner sleeve can improve the operating life of the motor bearing. Correctly select bearings and use them accurately to reduce the working radial clearance of the bearing after installation and use a shallow outer ring raceway structure for prevention.
