Drive status:
In response to the above situation, we have launched a permanent magnet direct drive reducer all-in-one machine, which is composed of a low-speed permanent magnet motor that drives the load after torque amplification by a first-stage planetary gear reducer, and the speed ratio of the first-stage planetary gear reducer can be 5~6.3; increasing the rated speed of the motor can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost of the motor. The cost of the permanent magnet direct drive reducer all-in-one machine is only 1/2 or even 1/3 of the cost of the permanent magnet direct drive motor, which greatly reduces the technical transformation cost of customers.
