Driving status:
At present, the drum speed of a large number of existing ball mills is mostly between 17r/min~32r/min, and the running speed of the small ring gear is mostly between 120r/min~200r/min. Generally, an asynchronous motor is used to drive the transmission mode of the small ring gear through a belt pulley or reducer. There are defects such as low efficiency, large area, large maintenance, large vibration and noise, poor site environment, poor starting ability, and large starting impact.

 

Direct drive principle:
● The excitation magnetic field of the asynchronous motor is provided by the stator winding, and a distributed winding with q≥2 is required to ensure the sinusoidal nature of the magnetic field. Due to the limitation of the number of slots, it is difficult to make it multi-pole. The excitation magnetic field of the permanent magnet motor is generated by the permanent magnet. The sinusoidal nature of the magnetic field can be ensured by optimizing the shape of the pole arc, and the multi-pole low-speed direct drive can be realized by using the true fractional slot concentrated winding. Select the speed of the small ring gear as the rated speed of the permanent magnet direct drive motor, eliminating the intermediate speed change link to realize the direct drive of the ball mill.
