Flotation machines and mixing tanks are mainly used for the separation of non-ferrous metals such as copper, zinc, lead, nickel, and gold. They can also be used for roughing and concentrating of ferrous metals and non-metals, and have been extended to water washing and separation equipment in industries such as coal washing, chemical industry, paper making, medicine, and microorganisms. They are divided into aeration type and non-aeration type.

Application field:
Flotation machines and mixing tanks are mainly used for the separation of non-ferrous metals such as copper, zinc, lead, nickel, and gold. They can also be used for roughing and concentrating of ferrous metals and non-metals, and have been extended to water washing and separation equipment in industries such as coal washing, chemical industry, paper making, medicine, and microorganisms. They are divided into aeration type and non-aeration type.

 

Driving status:
The operating speed of flotation machines and mixing tanks is mostly between 100 and 400r/min. Generally, a 6-pole or 8-pole asynchronous motor is used to transmit to the stirring vertical shaft after being decelerated by a V-belt pulley. The existence of the V-belt pulley deceleration link causes the transmission system to have defects such as a long transmission chain, a large footprint, and low operating efficiency. Factors such as assembly quality and belt tension will affect transmission efficiency.

 

Direct drive principle:
● The speed of the stirring shaft is used as the rated speed of the permanent magnet motor, and the motor and the stirring vertical shaft are combined into one to remove the intermediate transmission links such as V-belt pulleys, improve the motor body and transmission efficiency, reduce the floor space of the drive system, achieve maintenance-free operation, reduce maintenance and repair costs, facilitate medicine addition and inspection, reduce labor intensity, and improve equipment operation rate and operational safety.
