  Ministry of Industry and Information Technology According to the statistics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2015, the stock of inefficient motors in my country is 2.4 billion kilowatts. Since 125, the country has invested more than 4 billion yuan for renovation, but the renovation rate has still not exceeded 5%, that is to say, only 8% of high-efficiency motors are running in factories. If this technology can form a transformation capacity of 50 million kilowatts per year, it will take 48 years to complete the transformation. In response to such a huge market, we have also proposed a solution, which is the remanufacturing of old motors with permanent magnets. Simply put, after an old motor arrives at our factory, we reuse important parts such as its shell and ingot, and at the same time, we replace all the components that affect the life, such as bearings, ingot sets, and windings, which are important components that affect the life. More More importantly, our patented technology is added to the rotor, so that an old motor that is about to be eliminated by the country becomes a permanent magnet energy-saving motor.
  The basic principle is simply to eliminate the excitation current and rotor loss by implanting permanent magnets into the rotor. When the three-phase stator windings of the motor are connected to three-phase alternating current, a synchronous rotating magnetic field will be generated. This magnetic field interacts with the rotor permanent magnet magnetic field to drive the motor to rotate and convert energy, reducing the loss during motor operation. At the same time, the rotor does not generate iron loss and eddy current loss, which reduces the motor's own loss. The high power factor reduces the stator current and the stator winding resistance loss, thereby achieving the purpose of improving efficiency and saving energy and reducing consumption. Considering the large load fluctuations, these motors must be designed with higher power at the beginning to prevent the load fluctuations from not operating normally. These industrial motors generally operate at 60%—80% operating load. As can be seen from the figure above, the basic efficiency of our permanent magnet motor is still higher than 94%, and the power factor is higher than 0.95%, while the efficiency of the asynchronous motor is lower than 70%, and the power factor is lower than 0.7%. This is the characteristic of the permanent magnet motor.
