Install
- When welding the leaf spring seat to the axle, ensure it is properly fitted and the position meets the center distance requirements.
- The welding ground wire should only be connected to the axle body to avoid grounding through the rotating parts of the wheel.
Settings
Install ABS tone wheel, sensor, etc. as needed.
Use
- After the initial loading and driving of a new vehicle, and after driving for 15 days, or after each tire replacement, tighten the nuts with a torque wrench in the specified order;
- Use special lubricants and avoid using mismatched oils;
- Pay attention to the maintenance of the axle, and regularly inspect and replace parts.
